Where do you ship to?

Hawaiianize is happy to ship our unique products to our valued customers worldwide!

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is received. Please note that orders might delay during major promotions and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are receive FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING. However, due to potential delays, weekend hours, holidays, etc.,  please allow 2-7 business days for arrival to most U.S. locations.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also visit your order tracking page at anytime for up-to-date details on your shipment.

How do I return or exchange my order?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price. For more information please contact Customer Care.

How long will my return or exchange take to be processed?

We ask for up to 60 business days to process returns and exchanges from when the order is received at our warehouse. Should you need to expedite your exchange, we recommend that you purchase your new items from our website and then send the unwanted or incorrect items back to us for a refund. To be eligible for an expedited exchange, you must be the original purchaser — we are only able to process a refund to the original form of payment.
